What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that means “science of life”. Ayurveda provides us information and techniques to help us create stability in an ever-changing environment. From the foods we eat, to our daily wellness routines, to the atmosphere we create for ourselves, Ayurveda aims to create balance in the mind, body and environment. Ayurveda is said to be the sister science of yoga.
Will I be able to use this information in my yoga classes?
Absolutely! In the “Holistic Healthy Living” course, we will dedicate specific chapter on how you can incorporate Ayurveda into your yoga classes and within your communities!
